圆锥滚子轴承内圈滚道我厂过去是使用C620及 C385L型车床一次成型车出的,其主要缺点是容易产生振纹,并致使滚道不易测量准确,产品质量很难达到要求。为了解决这一问题,我们经过反复的分析研究与试验摸索得出的一条结论是:改变原车削方式,实现滚道纵向车削是解决上述缺点的有效途径。而只要对常用的CA7620型液压半自动车床稍加改装便可实现圆锥滚子轴承内圈滚道的纵向车削。经长期来的生产实践证明,在改装后的 CA7620车床上加工出来的圆锥滚子轴承的内圈滚道质量
