广泛用于动力设备制造中的12Cr_1MoV 钢,其残铝量的增高(>0.01%)将导致持久强度的下降。此外,在12Cr_1MoV 钢中,随着残铝量的增高,还会在正火及750℃回火一小时后出现硬度升高的现象。随着铝含量的增加,持久强度下降的现象在铬钼钢中是早已发现了的.本文研究了12Cr_1 MoV 钢的微观组织的目的在于查明残存的铝量对持久强度的不利影响以及在750℃出现硬度峯的原因.
12Cr_1MoV steel, widely used in the manufacture of power equipment, has an increase in residual aluminum content (> 0.01%), resulting in a decrease in long-term strength. In addition, in 12Cr_1MoV steel, with the increase of the amount of residual aluminum, but also in normalizing and tempering at 750 ℃ for one hour after the hardness increased phenomenon. With the increase of aluminum content, the long-lasting strength reduction phenomenon has been found in Cr-Mo steel.In this paper, the microstructure of 12Cr_1 MoV steel was studied in order to find out the adverse effects of the residual aluminum content on the long-term strength and in 750 ℃ hardness of the peak appears.
