随着天然的疾病预防和治疗方式越来越流行,研究和开发传统医药显得尤为重要。越来越多的学者将关注点放在如何保护传统医药知识产权上,这也是各个国家研究、开发传统医药的重要环节。文章将采用对比分析的方式,分析中外法律与制度保护传统医药的现状,发现我国传统医药知识产权制度的不足,对其进行深入的了解和研究,并提出自己的意见和建议。
With the increasing popularity of natural disease prevention and treatment, research and development of traditional medicines are of particular importance. More and more scholars focus their attention on how to protect intellectual property of traditional medicine, which is also an important part of the research and development of traditional medicine in various countries. The article will adopt the method of comparative analysis to analyze the status quo of the protection of traditional medicine by Chinese and foreign laws and systems, find out the deficiency of the system of intellectual property of traditional medicine in our country, conduct in-depth understanding and research on it, and put forward my own opinions and suggestions.
