目的 探讨职工医院住院患者死亡原因。方法 对本院1989～1998年间住院病例回顾分析。结果 10年中住院病死率2.69%,老年组病死率明显高于非老年组。按系统分,呼吸系统病死率居首位;按病变性质分,血管病变病死率居首位。老年组前三位死亡原因是脑出血、肺心病、肺癌;非老年组前三位死亡原因是脑出血、肺癌、肝硬化。结论 重视老年医学,加强高血压病及恶性肿瘤的防治是降低老年病死率的根本措施。
Objective To explore the cause of death of hospitalized patients in staff hospitals. Methods A retrospective analysis of hospital admissions from 1989 to 1998 was conducted. Results In-hospital mortality rate was 2.69% in 10 years. Mortality rate in old age group was significantly higher than that in non-elderly group. According to the system, the mortality rate of respiratory system ranks first; according to the nature of lesions, the mortality of vascular lesions ranks first. The first three causes of death in the elderly group were cerebral hemorrhage, pulmonary heart disease, and lung cancer; the three leading causes of death in the non-elderly group were cerebral hemorrhage, lung cancer, and cirrhosis. Conclusion Giving priority to gerontology and strengthening the prevention and treatment of hypertension and malignancy are the fundamental measures to reduce the mortality of the elderly.
