盐沼-潮沟系统是海岸带重要的自然资源和海岸地貌系统。中国东部江苏海岸盐沼的研究表明,潮沟中水流的流速变化受盐沼表面和潮沟床底的坡度、高程及外海潮波性质的控制,而水流造成的泥沙输运引起盐沼、潮沟的淤积或侵蚀,改变着盐沼-潮沟系统的地貌特征。盐沼、潮沟的地貌变化还与风暴潮及太阳黑子活动周期有关。盐沼-潮沟系统通过垂向淤积来响应海平面的上升。向盐沼面输送水、沙是潮沟的重要功能;盐沼-潮沟系统能够消减潮流、波浪能量,具有海岸保护的潜在价值。
Salt Marsh - Catchment System is an important natural resource and coastal landscape system. The study of salt marsh in Jiangsu coast of eastern China shows that the change of flow velocity in the tidal channel is controlled by the slope surface, elevation and tidal wave characteristics at the bed surface of the salt marsh and the tidal channel. Sediment transport caused by water flow causes salt marsh, Sedimentation or erosion of the troughs alters the geomorphological features of the salt marsh-tidal groove system.
