After the accession to the WTO of China, the ever-growing communications industry in China has drawn worldwide attention. However, the development of the mobile communications industry has even encountered unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The continuous technological innovation and revolution of telecommunications enterprises will also make China’s mobile communications industry more competitive. Under this situation, in order to further promote the technological innovation of China’s communications manufacturing industry
