目的探讨人性化手术室护理对轻度脑外伤手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法收集2015年1月至2017年1月就诊于我院神经外科的轻度脑外伤手术患者80例,按随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予人性化手术室护理。比较两组患者对轻度脑外伤知识掌握成都、焦虑抑郁情绪及对医护人员满意度。结果出院时,观察组患者脑外伤先关知识总掌握率为97.5%,显著高于对照组为75.0%(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑抑郁情绪评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意率95.0%,显著高于对照组总满意率75.0%(P<0.05)。结论人性化手术室护理能够减轻轻度脑外伤手术患者的不良情绪,增加患者康复几率,并且促进护患关系的和谐发展。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanized operation room nursing on anxiety and depression in mild traumatic brain injury patients. Methods Totally 80 patients with mild traumatic brain injury admitted to Department of Neurosurgery between January 2015 and January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group gave humanized operation room care on the basis of this. The patients in both groups were compared to get knowledge of mild TBI in Chengdu, anxiety and depression, and their satisfaction with health care workers. Results At discharge, the total knowledge rate of traumatic brain injury in observation group was 97.5%, significantly higher than that in control group (75.0%, P <0.05). The anxiety and depression scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05) ; The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.0%, P <0.05). Conclusion Humanized operation room nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with mild traumatic brain injury, increase the chances of recovery and promote the harmonious development of nurse-patient relationship.
