人才隐性质量的潜在性及其标准的不可量化性决定了高职人才培养的隐性质量标准的界定非常困难,至今没有一个科学的评价手段来衡量,自然没有人才培养的隐性质量标准。根据长期的教育实践经验和体会,我们试图从通过分解构成人才质量的元素及其塑造的角度提出自己的看法,即它主要由四部分构成:学生的身心健康及其塑造;学生的内在素质及塑造,主要由情感、人生态度、价值观等方面构成;学生的发展潜能及其开发,主要包括持续的学习能力、全面的适应能力和敏锐的创新能力的塑造;最后是个人信念及确立。
