核酸是遗传的物质基础。机体的生长、发育与衰老均与核酸代谢密切相关。本文使用人胎盘DNA喂养动物,经半个月观察后,表明给予DNA组小鼠体重增加明显大于对照组小鼠,P<0.01。过去对蛋白质的营养价值很重视,而对核酸的摄入则很少问津,本研究表明,外源DNA可促进小鼠的生长。说明机体在生长发育期适当增加核酸的供给,有助于机体的生长、发育。高核酸食品应引起人们的重视。
Nucleotides are the genetic material basis. The body’s growth, development and aging are closely related to nucleic acid metabolism. In this paper, human placental DNA was used to feed animals. After half a month’s observation, the weight gain of DNA-treated mice was significantly greater than that of the control mice (P <0.01). In the past, great attention was paid to the nutritional value of protein, while the intake of nucleic acids was seldom used. This study showed that exogenous DNA can promote the growth of mice. Explain the body in the growth and development of the appropriate increase in the supply of nucleic acids, contribute to the body’s growth and development. High nucleic acid foods should arouse people’s attention.
