一、前言 低锡铝合金轴瓦表面电镀Pb—Sn合金层可达到改善轴瓦磨合性能,减少磨损,防止腐蚀,延长轴瓦使用寿命。由于其承载强度高于20%高锡铝合金轴瓦,部分机型如用低锡铝合金轴瓦电镀铅锡镀层还可以代替铜铅合金轴瓦,而低锡铝合金轴瓦仅含锡6%,大量生产后可节约有色金属铜、锡等,因此,低锡铝合金电镀 Pb—Sn合金层的轴瓦是很有发展前途的。可为我国发展高转速、高功率新一代柴油机提供了新型轴瓦。
