探讨了在相同测试条件下,不同含量乙醇(0.4%~2.0%)作为基体改进剂对59元素ICP-MS信号的影响,测定了最大增敏效果下各元素的检出限.结果表明,微量乙醇对元素ICP-MS行为的影响随元素种类或乙醇浓度不同而不同.相同乙醇浓度下,大多数元素的抑制效应随元素质量数增加而减弱,增敏趋势随质量数增加而增强,尤其对电离能大于8 eV的元素,增敏效果更明显;相同元素质量数下,乙醇浓度愈高,抑制作用趋强或增敏趋弱.乙醇作为基体改进剂不同程度降低了除7Li,27Al及232Th外其余56种元素的检出限,为扩展ICP-MS应用领域提供了更多可能.“,”Under the same testing conditions,matrix effects of ethanol in the concentration range of 0.4% ~2.0% on signal behaviors of 59 elements in inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) were investigated in detail.Detection limits of the elements under the condition of maximum signal enhancement were determined.The experimental results showed that the influence of trace ethanol on ICP-MS behaviors varied with element species or ethanol concentrations.At the same ethanol concentration,as the element mass increased,the inhibiting effect of most elements diminished.The enhancement was even more significant especially for the elements with ionization energy higher than 8 eV.At the same element mass,the inhibition effect became more obvious while the enhancement got weaker with the higher ethanol concentration.As a matrix modifier,ethanol reduced the detection limits,to varying degrees,of all other analyte elements except 7Li,27 Al and 232 Th,and provided more possibilities for expanding ICP-MS applications.
