采用全自动凝胶净化色谱仪对大米样品中多菌灵、啶虫脒、辛硫磷、吡虫啉、嘧霉胺、咪鲜胺、烯酰吗啉、噻虫嗪等8种农药萃取液进行净化处理,通过LC-MS/MS法对目标农药定量分析,并对自动凝胶净化色谱仪的性能进行了评价.结果表明:自动凝胶净化色谱可以实现目标农残萃取液的批量处理,净化后萃取液可以满足目标农残的LC-MS/MS定量分析要求,具有较好的稳定性,同时减少了操作人员有机溶剂暴露水平.“,”Quick and efficient extraction of organic pesticide residues in agricultural products is essential for their further detection,and the extraction effect has direct impact on the accuracy and efficiency of detection.In this study,an automated gel permeation chromatography was used for purification of the extract of 8 pesticides,including carbendazim,acetamiprid,phoximimidacloprid,pyrimethanil,prochloraz,dimethomoph,and thiamethoxam,in rice samples.A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was used for quantitative assay of the target pesticides.An efficient and quick purification method for the extract of the 8 target pesticides in rice samples was optimized and established,and the performance of the automated gel permeation chromatography was evaluated.The results suggest that the automated gel permeation chromatography allows batch processing of the extract of the target pesticide residues with significantly improved efficiency,producing the purified extract that meets the requirements for LC-MS/MS quantitative assay of the target pesticide residues.It also features good stability while reducing the operator's exposure to organic solvents.
