TNT灌胃在恒河猴体内的毒物代谢动力学研究

用120mg/kgTNT给恒河猴一次灌胃染毒,血中TNT、DNAT和MHb的浓度—时间曲线均符合单室模型。TNT和DNAT均呈现吸收较快、消除较慢的特点。血中峰浓度和曲线下面积,DNAT均为TNT的37倍,全血廓清率DNAT为TNT的1/40,表观分布容积DNAT为TNT的1/50。椐主要动力参数比较,DNAT比TNT更接近MHb。结果表明,DNAT可用于TNT接触的生物监测。 Concentration-time curves of TNT, DNAT and MHb in blood were all accordant with single-chamber model with a single oral administration of 120mg / kg NTT. Both TNT and DNAT show faster absorption and slower elimination. Peak plasma concentration and area under the curve, DNAT were TNT 37 times, the rate of complete blood clearance DNAT TNT 1/40, the apparent volume of distribution DNAT TNT 1/50.椐Compared with the main dynamic parameters, DNAT is closer to MHb than TNT. The results show that DNAT can be used for biological monitoring of TNT exposure.
