概述了一蒸馏装置自1987年以来设备的腐蚀状况,着重分析了低温部位H_2S-HCl-H_2O类型腐蚀、高温部位环烷酸及高温硫的腐蚀机理;提出了一些具体的防腐蚀措施和建议.
The corrosion status of equipment in a distillation unit since 1987 is summarized. The corrosion mechanism of H_2S-HCl-H_2O type corrosion at low temperature and the naphthenic acid and high temperature sulfur at high temperature are analyzed emphatically. Some concrete anti-corrosion measures and suggestions are put forward.
