利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立了三轴椭圆等厚振动筛筛箱的有限元分析模型,对振动筛筛箱进行了模态分析和动应力分析,得到了固有频率和相应的主振型,以及应力分布状态。指出了原筛箱结构存在的设计不足,并提出了改进措施,使结构各阶固有频率远离工作频率,应力分布更加均匀,系统动态特性得到了明显改善。
Using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, the finite element analysis model of the three-shaft elliptical shale shaker sieve box was established. The modal analysis and dynamic stress analysis of the shaker sieve box were carried out. The natural frequency and the corresponding main vibration mode , And stress distribution status. The design problems of the original sieve box structure are pointed out. Some improvement measures are put forward to make the natural frequencies of every step of the structure far away from the operating frequency, the stress distribution is more uniform and the dynamic characteristics of the system are obviously improved.
