现今各高校为丰富大学生课外体育活动,增强学生体质,纷纷开设了课外体育俱乐部活动。但有时学生的锻炼效果不是很好,情绪不高,积极参与性不强,特别是对女生而言。而开设课外健美操俱乐部活动,把减肥、健身、塑形这些女大学生关注的问题放在首位,把大学生的课外活动情绪充分调动起来,收到了良好的效果。本文运用文献资料法和问卷调查法对江苏科技大学1-3年级学生参加课外健美操俱乐部活动的现状进行调查与分析,对其促进锻炼效果进行论证。

This paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of students participating in extracurricular aerobics club activities in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology by means of literature and questionnaires and questionnaires, and demonstrates the effectiveness of their exercises.
