目的观察一种手消毒剂的杀菌效果,为实际使用提供理论依据。方法采用载体浸泡定量杀菌试验,在实验室对该手消毒剂杀菌效果进行检测。结果该免洗手消毒剂原液含葡萄糖酸氯已定5 100 mg/L与体积分数65%乙醇。用该手消毒剂原液对载体上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌作用30 s,杀灭对数值均>3.0。结论该手消毒剂对细菌和真菌都有较好的杀灭作用。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of a hand disinfectant and provide a theoretical basis for its practical use. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test with carrier soaking was used to test the bactericidal effect of the disinfectant in the laboratory. Results The hands-free disinfectant stock solution contained 5 100 mg / L of gluconic acid and 65% ethanol by volume. The disinfectant stock solution on the carrier Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans for 30 s, kill logarithm> 3.0. Conclusion The hand disinfectant has a good killing effect on bacteria and fungi.
