对于血流应力的损伤,颅内动脉壁存在着一个损伤/修复的动态平衡过程—动脉稳态,其在颅内动脉瘤形成和破裂过程中起着重要的作用。SPARC是一种具有多种功能的小分子糖蛋白,能够通过调节细胞外基质蛋白及多种生长因子的表达而影响动脉稳态的平衡。对SPARC在动脉瘤发病中对动脉稳态的作用及机制的深入研究,期望其成为评估动脉瘤形成和破裂的有意义的生物学标志物及潜在的治疗靶点。
For the damage of blood flow stress, there is a dynamic balance process of the injury / repair in the intracranial arterial wall - the arterial homeostasis, which plays an important role in the process of intracranial aneurysm formation and rupture. SPARC is a small molecule glycoprotein with multiple functions that can affect the balance of arterial homeostasis by regulating the expression of extracellular matrix proteins and various growth factors. The further study on the role and mechanism of SPARC on arterial homeostasis in the development of aneurysms is expected to become a significant biological marker and a potential therapeutic target for evaluating aneurysm formation and rupture.
