一、域名与姓名权益冲突尽管域名权益与姓名权益存在着很大的差异，但由于现有的域名注册制度并不排斥将自然人的姓名作为域名注册，同时这也恰好是姓名权人在网络时代与网络环境中行使其姓名使用权的一个体现，从而使这两种不同性质的权益发生了关联，为域名与姓名权益冲突的产生留下了隐患。
