目的:比较溪黄草不同提取方法的抗菌活性。方法:采用超临界CO2流体+乙醇作为夹带剂的提取方法获得了溪黄草超临界提取物,与乙醇提取物、水提物抗菌活性进行了比较。结果:体外和体内抗菌方法研究均显示溪黄草超临界提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌的抑菌效果均高于EE和WE。结论:溪黄草应用超临界CO2萃取的SFE具有更好的抗菌活性,可能部分与其较高含量的二萜化合物和脂肪酸有关。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the antibacterial activity of different extraction methods of Smilax chinaca. Methods: Supercritical fluid extracts of Liriodendron chinense were obtained by using supercritical CO2 fluid + ethanol as entrainer. The antibacterial activities of ethanol extracts and aqueous extracts were compared. RESULTS: Both in vitro and in vivo antibacterial methods showed that the antibacterial effect of supercritical fluid extracts of Scutellaria yellow on Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was higher than that of EE and WE. Conclusion: The application of supercritical carbon dioxide (SFE) extracted from Smilax chinata has better antibacterial activity, which may be partly related to its higher content of diterpene compounds and fatty acids.
