脉冲多普勒超声心动图（ＰＤＥ）对潘生了负荷试验（ＤＥＴ）诊断冠心病（ＣＡＤ）的临床价值做一初步评价．研究对象观察组３１例和对照组１２例。结果表明，ＰＤＥ对ＤＥＴ诊断ＣＡＤ的敏感性由６８％上升至８４％，特异性１００％不变化。ＰＤＥ能早期检测出ＣＡＤ的收缩功能指标（ＲＷＭＡ）和舒张功能指标（Ｅ／Ａ）的异常。结论：ＰＤＥ对ＤＥＴ诊断ＣＡＤ方面有很高的敏感性和特异性。
Pulsed-wave Doppler echocardiography (PDE) is a preliminary evaluation of the clinical value of PAN’s stress test (DET) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CAD). 31 subjects in the observation group and 12 in the control group. The results showed that the sensitivity of PDE to DET diagnosis of CAD increased from 68% to 84%, the specificity of 100% does not change. PDE early detection of CAD systolic function index (RWMA) and diastolic function index (E / A) abnormalities. Conclusion: PDE has a high sensitivity and specificity for detecting CAD in DET.
