本文报告我们对冠心病患者使用复方丹参后较快(如数小时内)出现的疗效的作用机理实验分析的结果。所用药物内含丹参和降香,静脉推注复方丹参一次或每隔十分钟至一小时反复推注数次,对大白鼠和兔在位心脏的收缩张力和心率都没有影响。对因呼吸通气量不足或结扎冠状动脉分支引起的心电图缺血性变化也没有作用。药物对离体豚鼠在心室乳头肌的膜电位、动作电位、心肌和脑切片、匀浆以及膈肌切片的氧耗量都没有影响。药物延长小白鼠在密闭容器中的存活时间的作用,可以为不到麻醉剂量的戊巴比妥钠所模拟。药物使免大脑皮层自发电活动减小,重复刺激引起的后发放的阈值提高,感觉刺激的诱发电位增大。从以上这些结果来看,我们认为复方丹参是通过它对大脑皮层的压抑作用发挥其快速疗效的。
This article reports the results of our experimental analysis of the mechanism of action that occurs sooner (eg, within hours) after the use of compound salvia miltiorrhiza in patients with coronary heart disease. Drugs containing Salvia and down incense, intravenous injection of compound Salvia once or repeated every ten minutes to one hour bolus several times on rats and rabbits in the systolic heart tension and heart rate have no effect. It also has no effect on ischemic ECG changes due to inadequate respiratory ventilation or ligation of coronary branches. Drugs on isolated guinea pig ventricular papillary muscle membrane potential, action potential, myocardial and brain slices, homogenate and diaphragm sections of oxygen consumption had no effect. The effect of the drug on prolonging the survival time of mice in a closed container can be modeled on less than the anesthetic dose of sodium pentobarbital. Drugs to reduce the self-generating activities of the cerebral cortex decreased, repeated stimulation caused by the threshold after the release of increased sensory stimulation evoked potentials. From the above results, we believe that compound Salvia is able to exert its rapid curative effect through its inhibitory effect on the cerebral cortex.
