本文评价了阉割及注射外源性雄激素对雄性小白鼠的胸腺组织,外周血淋巴细胞,以及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果证明:阉割小鼠胸腺的重量明显增加,外周血淋巴细胞中ANAE(+)细胞百分率显著增高,以及巨噬细胞的吞噬功能也明显增强;注射丙酸睾丸酮(50微克/天,前10天每天肌注一次,后10天隔日肌注一次)的小鼠导致胸腺缩小和外周血淋巴细胞中ANAE(+)细胞百分率明显降低。提示睾丸摘除可提高细胞一介导免疫;而注射外源性雄激素则引起抑制效应。
This article evaluated the effects of castration and injection of exogenous androgens on thymus tissue, peripheral blood lymphocytes, and phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages in male mice. The results showed that the weight of thymus in castrated mice was significantly increased, the percentage of ANAE(+) cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes was significantly increased, and the phagocytosis of macrophages was also significantly enhanced; testosterone propionate injection (50 μg/day, first 10 days Mice injected intramuscularly once a day and once intramuscularly every other day for 10 days resulted in a reduction of thymus and a significant decrease in the percentage of ANAE (+) cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes. Prompt testicular extirpation can improve cell-mediated immunity; injection of exogenous androgen causes inhibitory effects.
