国内外文献中,多数学者早巳注意到混合性粉尘对机体作用的问题,发表了不少很有益的文章。煤尘能够使石英尘对肺组织致纤维化作用减轻,虽也有论述,但国内学者对此研究报道并不多,对其影响程度,不同性质煤尘的作用是否类同,更是了解甚少。为此,本教研室进行了煤加石英混尘对动物肺组织致病作用的研究,旨在观察其对肺组织致纤维化作用程度以及对肺组织和支气管肺冲洗液脂类影响,以期探讨其致纤维化能力与石英尘差异及原因,为修订国家煤、石英混尘卫生标准提供资料。
