目的探讨妇女增补叶酸预防神经管畸形。方法对1994年元月至1996年12月准备怀孕妇女及经产妇再次怀孕未服用小剂量叶酸片18268人跟踪随访,以及对1997年元月至2002年12月准备怀孕妇女及经产妇再次怀孕前服用小剂量叶酸片37461人孕情跟踪服务,结果证实,三年来未服用小剂量叶酸片的妇女生育神经管畸形儿104人,神经管畸形率5.7‰,而从1997～2002年6年间全部服用小剂量叶酸片的妇女生育神经管畸形64人,神经管畸形率1.7‰,明显降低,可见,妇女增补小剂量叶酸能有效地预防神经管畸形的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of folic acid supplementation on preventing neural tube defects in women. Methods From January 1994 to December 1996, 18268 pregnant women and pregnant women who did not take small doses of folic acid were enrolled in this study.
