通过TG-DSC,XRD等实验手段,并借助Factsage热力学软件研究C还原ZnO、Fe_2O_3的过程,分析了ZnO对Fe_2O_3还原的影响。结果表明:在904.5℃时,C还原ZnO可实现ZnO(s)→Zn(g)的热力学转变;在1 250℃时,C/ZnO(摩尔比)为1∶1.5的条件下,ZnO还原度达到97.3%;C还原Fe_2O_3分3个阶段进行,遵循Fe_2O_3→Fe_3O_4→FeO→Fe的还原规律;C还原ZnO+Fe_2O_3时,ZnO质量分数每增加10%,反应开始温度和最大反应速率对应的温度滞后20℃,ZnO对Fe_2O_3的还原有抑制作用。
The effects of ZnO on the reduction of Fe_2O_3 were analyzed by TG-DSC, XRD and other means. Factsage thermodynamic software was used to study the process of reduction of ZnO and Fe_2O_3 by C. The results show that the reduction of ZnO at 904.5 ℃ leads to the thermodynamic transformation of ZnO (s) → Zn (g). At 1 250 ℃, the reduction ratio of ZnO Reached 97.3%; C reduced Fe 2 O 3 was divided into three stages, follow the reduction of Fe 2 O 3 → Fe 3 O 4 → FeO → Fe; C reduction of ZnO + Fe 2 O 3, the ZnO content increased by 10%, the reaction start temperature and the maximum reaction rate corresponding temperature Hysteresis of 20 ℃, ZnO inhibited the reduction of Fe_2O_3.
