对首钢京唐1号高炉提高煤比冶炼实践进行了总结。分析了提高煤比对1号高炉的影响,采取了精料操作,高风温、高富氧,优化配煤、喷吹管理、提高煤粉燃烧率,优化装料制度,稳定造渣制度,稳定操作等措施,使高炉实现了煤比水平的提高。2015年,1号高炉长期高水平稳定运行,高炉月平均利用系数最高达到2.43,焦比最低290kg/t,煤比稳定在165kg/t以上,实现了可观的经济效益。
