目的:探讨中药消毒剂对口腔硅橡胶印模的消毒效能及材料表面特性的影响。方法:以美国牙科协会(American Dental Association,ADA)推荐的标准模具制成120个口腔印模,按照印模材料分为加成型60个,缩合型60个;每种印模随机分为两组,分别感染金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌,再将每组染菌印模再随机分为对照组10个、戊二醛组10个和中药组10个,测量各组印模浸泡前后尺寸稳定性、浸泡后表面粗糙度,并计算戊二醛组与中药组的抑菌率。结果:无论加成型硅橡胶还是缩合型硅橡胶,3组印模浸泡前后尺寸变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组印模表面粗糙度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。加成型和缩合型印模中,中药组对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌抑菌率均显著高于戊二醛组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药消毒剂浸泡口腔硅橡胶印模消毒不会改变印模的精度和表面质量,且其杀菌效果优于戊二醛,可以作为口腔印模消毒剂的选择之一。
Objective: To investigate the disinfectant effect of traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant on dental silicone rubber stamping and the effect of its surface properties. Methods: 120 dental impressions were made according to the standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA). According to the impression materials, there were 60 additions and 60 condensations. Each impression was randomly divided into two groups , Were infected with Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, and then each group were randomly divided into bacterial infection control group 10, glutaraldehyde group 10 and the traditional Chinese medicine group 10, measuring the size of each group before and after dipping Sex, surface roughness after soaking, and calculate the inhibition rate of glutaraldehyde group and traditional Chinese medicine group. Results: There was no significant difference in dimensional change between the three groups before and after immersion (P> 0.05), no significant difference was observed in the surface roughness between the three groups (P> 0.05). Addition and condensation of stamps, the Chinese medicine group of Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans inhibition rate was significantly higher than the glutaraldehyde group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The disinfection of oral silicone rubber impression by traditional Chinese medicine disinfectant will not change the precision and surface quality of impression, and its sterilization effect is better than that of glutaraldehyde, which can be used as one of the choices of oral impression disinfectant.
