目前“创新”已上升为国家五大发展理念的首位,人才创新效率研究至关重要。该文在原有技术创新效率理论研究基础上提出人才创新效率概念,以西部少数民族地区企业为研究主体,采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,运用面板数据对多产出——多投入的人才创新效率问题进行研究,并采用σ收敛的测度方法对人才创新效率进行收敛性检验,并据此提出提高人才创新效率的对策。
At present, “innovation” has risen to the top of the country’s five major development concepts, talent innovation efficiency research is crucial. Based on the research of the original technology innovation efficiency theory, this paper puts forward the concept of talent innovation efficiency. Taking the enterprises in the western minority area as the research subject, using data envelopment analysis (DEA) method and panel data, Innovation efficiency research, and adopt the method of σ convergence to test the convergence of talent innovation efficiency and put forward the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of talent innovation.
