省政府原则同意省卫生厅《关于深入进行卫生工作改革的报告》,现转发给你们,请结合实际情况,制订具体实施办法,认真贯彻落实。各级卫生部门要进一步端正业务工作的指导思想,坚持卫生工作改革的正确方向,调动各方面的积极性,改善服务态度,提高服务质量和管理水平,做到卫生改革与经济体制改革同步进行,各级政府要切实加强对卫生工作的领导,把卫生工作改革纳入议事日程,全面规划,统筹安排。要帮助卫生部门解决改革中遇到的问题,解放思想,挖掘潜力,调动一切积极因素,确保人民群众身体健康,以加速四化建设。
