近年来学生体质不断下降,这与学生对体育课的消极因素有着密切的联系。文章通过文献资料法、教学实践法、访谈法以及查阅学校图书馆相关资料,对会宁县第一中学体育课堂消极因素进行调查,经过分析发现,造成对会宁县一中体育课堂消极因素的主要原因是学生对体育课产生的:厌烦、发泄、对立、和恐惧等心理,文章对此现象的改善提出相应的对策,从而提高中学体育课教学质量。
In recent years, the physical quality of students has been declining, which is closely related to students’ negative factors in physical education. The article investigates the negative factors of PE class in Huijin First Middle School through the methods of documentation, teaching practice, interview and access to the relevant materials of the school library. After analysis, it is found that the main reason for the negative factors in PE class I It is students’ psychology of physical education class: tiredness, venting, antagonism, fear and so on. The article puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve this phenomenon, so as to improve the quality of physical education in middle school.
