目的探讨防范社区医院护患纠纷的措施。方法在社区门诊护理人员的法律意识、护患沟通技巧、护理管理、护理业务知识、护士责任心等方面,提出了转变服务观念,加强护士沟通技巧、责任心,加强护理管理与专业素质提高等等措施。结果正确的措施能有效地减少社区医院护患纠纷的发生。结论正确处理护患关系是防范社区医院护患纠纷发生的关键。
Objective To explore the measures to prevent disputes between patients and nurses in community hospitals. Methods In the community outpatient nurses legal awareness, nurse-patient communication skills, nursing management, nursing business knowledge, nurses sense of responsibility, put forward the concept of service change, nurses to enhance communication skills, sense of responsibility, strengthen nursing management and professional quality improvement And other measures.
