目的:探讨不同血糖水平的肝脂酶(hepatic lipase,HL)活性变化及与大血管病变的关系。方法:糖尿病患者58例按有无大血管病变分为、组,行OGTT试验,检测各时间点的肝脂酶活性,同时测血糖,血脂,胰岛素。结果:(1)HL活性比较,N组<组<组,分别是(0.87±0.15),(1.28±0.32),(1.68±0.27)FFAummol/ml血浆.小时(P<0.05)。(2)糖负荷后血HL活性较空腹升高(P<0.05),与PBG正相关(r=0.534,P<0.01),HDL负相关(r=-0.678,P<0.01)。结论:HL活性与血糖相关,在2型糖尿病大血管病变组明显升高。
Objective: To investigate the changes of hepatic lipase (HL) activity at different blood glucose levels and its relationship with macrovascular diseases. Methods: Fifty-eight patients with diabetes were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of macroangiopathy. OGTT was used to detect hepatic lipase activity at each time point. Blood glucose, lipids and insulin were also measured. Results: (1) HL activity was significantly higher in group N than in group F (0.87 ± 0.15), (1.28 ± 0.32), (1.68 ± 0.27) FFAummol / ml plasma hourly (P <0.05). (2) Compared with fasting serum glucose (P <0.05), the blood HL activity was positively correlated with PBG (r = 0.534, P <0.01) and HDL negatively (r = -0.678, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: HL activity is associated with blood glucose and significantly increases in type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy group.
