1989年6月至12月,作者用导抗测听法检查160正常耳(80人)的咽鼓管功能。现将其资料报告如下。一、对象及方法(一)测试对象共80例(160耳),男65例,女15例;年龄17~28(平均23)岁。均无耳疾及近期感冒史,鼓膜正常,纯音测听气导(0.25~8kHz)在20dB以内,鼓室功能曲线A型。(二)测试方法采用GSI 33型中耳分析仪,探测声226Hz,85 dB spL。测量静态鼓室压(记为初压),在外耳道为+400 dapa(1 dapa=1.02mmH_2O)和-400dapa压力下,嘱受检者用力空咽3~5次后,再分别测定鼓室压。
From June to December 1989, the authors used echocardiography to examine the eustachian tube function of 160 normal ears (80 subjects). Now the information reported below. First, the object and method (A) a total of 80 subjects (160 ears), 65 males and 15 females; aged 17 to 28 (average 23) years. No ear disease and recent history of cold, normal eardrum, pure tone audiometry (0.25 ~ 8kHz) within 20dB, tympanogram function type A type. (B) test method using GSI 33 middle ear analyzer, detection sound 226Hz, 85 dB spL. The static tympanometry (measured as initial pressure) was measured. Under external auditory meatus pressure of +400 dapa (1 dapa = 1.02 mmH2O) and -400 dapa, subjects were instructed to force the empty pharynx 3 to 5 times before determining the tympanic pressure.
