全国档案工作者以新的姿态迎来了新的一年。 1987年是我们执行“七五”计划的第二年。同社会主义四化建设的其它各条战线一样,在我们执行《全国档案事业发展“七五”计划》中,1987年将是重要的一年。 1987年,全国档案工作的主要任务是:贯彻省、自治区、直辖市档案局长会议精神,按照《全国档案事业发展“七五”计划》的要求,遵循“改革、充实、巩固、提高”的方针,认真贯彻中央关于加强社会主义精神文明建设的决议,坚持四项基本原则,落实全年各项具体任务,进一步发展全国档案事业,大力开发档案信息资源,更好地为两个文明建设服务。国家档案局制订的《1987年全国档案工作计划要点》已提出了总的要求和具体任务。要完成这些任务,使全国档案工作在新的一年里有一个新的发展,还需要我们
The archivists throughout the country ushered in a new year with a new attitude. 1987 is the second year of our implementation of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan.” Like all other fronts of the socialist modernization drive, 1987 will be an important year in our implementation of the Seventh Five-Year Plan for the Development of the National Archives Project. In 1987, the main task of the archives work throughout the country was to follow the spirit of the meeting held by the archivists of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and follow the principle of “reform, enrichment, consolidation and improvement” in accordance with the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” for the development of the archives throughout the country. Conscientiously implement the resolution of the Central Government on strengthening the building of a socialist spiritual civilization, uphold the four cardinal principles, implement all the specific tasks throughout the year, further develop the archival cause in the country, vigorously develop archival information resources and better serve the two civilizations. The National Archives Bureau has formulated the “Outline of the National Archives Work Plan for 1987” and has set forth general requirements and specific tasks. In order to accomplish these tasks, we will need a new development in the national archives work in the new year.
