金桥工程是我国跨世纪的庞大工程,是建设我国国民经济信息化基础设施的一项重大决策。而信息资源子网的建设又是金桥工程能否成功运行的重要支柱。各级信息中心作为国家确定的地方区域中心,责无旁贷地要承担起建设地方信息资源子网的组建任务。我们认为信息资源子网的建设必须是宏观、微观信息服务相结合的,具有广泛社会基础的信息资源和服务网络,才能使国家的金桥工程发挥其应有的作用。 德阳市经济信息中心是国家经济信息系统原型试点城市。三年来,我们除完成好国家、省安排的系统化业务外,已经完成:市政府局域网(开发投入运行的有文档库、宏观数据库、每日信息适时处理系统等软件),市——县远程数据通信系统;“德阳市情市貌多媒体管理系统”已经提交政府使用,为配合金桥工程的实施,开展全市性信息资源情况调查,正在回收汇总,编辑出版了“信息高速公路——金桥工程与德阳”一书;发展建设联合信息网德阳分站,并在系统中增加德阳地方信息,开展信息服务等。这就为建设我市的信息资源子网打下了良好的基础。
Golden Bridge project is a huge project of our country’s cross-century and a major decision in building China’s national economy informational infrastructure. The construction of information resource sub-network is an important pillar of Jinqiao project’s successful operation. As a regional regional center determined by the state, information centers at all levels should shoulder the task of establishing the construction of a sub-network of local information resources. We believe that the construction of information resource subnet must be a combination of macro and micro information services, and a wide range of social information resources and service networks can make the country’s Golden Bridge project play its due role. Deyang Economic Information Center is a pilot city of national economic information system prototype. In the past three years, apart from completing the systematic business arranged by the state and the province, we have completed the following tasks: city government local area network (a document library with development and operation running, macroscopic database, timely processing system of daily information, etc.) Data communication system; “Deyang City situation multimedia management system” has been submitted to the government to use, in line with the implementation of Jinqiao project to carry out surveys of the city’s information resources, is recycling summary, edited and published the “Information Highway - Golden Bridge Project and Deyang ”one book; development and construction of joint information network Deyang sub-station, and in the system to increase local information Deyang, to carry out information services. This laid a good foundation for building the city’s sub-network of information resources.
