目的分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床效果及体会。方法回顾性分析165例膀胱肿瘤患者的临床资料,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组82例患者行开放膀胱肿瘤切除术,观察组83例患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,比较两组患者的手术效果及手术并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中失血量、留置尿管时间、住院时间等各项手术指标均显著优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为29.27%,观察组并发症发生率为3.61%,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术具有手术时间短、术中失血量少、并发症发生率低等优势,在患者符合手术指征的前提下应用该术式进行治疗效果更好,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and experience of transurethral resection of bladder tumor for bladder cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of 165 cases of bladder cancer in patients with clinical data, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, of which 82 cases of control group open bladder tumor resection, the observation group of 83 patients underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor, The operative effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, indwelling catheter time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05).
