兰州第三毛纺厂是我国毛纺业的排头兵企业,该公司开发研制用集散控制系统(DCS)对毛条常温染色机、高温高压染色机、绳状洗呢机、双槽煮呢机、绳状染色机实施集中管理分散控制,采用国外在重工业(石油、化工、冶炼、电力等)所用的工业控制的计算机系统和组态软件对纺织生产过程实施控制,共三个项目,共投资260万元,以此将传统的纺织行业进行自动化改造,取得了明显的经济效益。该企业采用多变量解耦控制技术,将14台分散的毛条常温染色机进行了集中管理、分散控制,在小投资的情况下完成高精度的控制,提高染色合格率,降低消耗,提高制成率,解决了纺织企业目前普遍存在的温度因素影响染色质量的问题,每年增效153.13万元,获省科技进步三等奖。
