电力企业在我国发展比较迅速,但是企业的党建思想却与企业发展相脱节。因而如何加强党的建设,增强党建和思想政治工作的针对性和实效性,加深职工对党的路线方针政策和企业管理理念的理解成为接下来的工作重点。本文以推进党建思想建设为切入点,提出了党建思想工作的作用有解放员工思想,调动员工工作积极性,凝聚员工力量,保护员工合法权益等。
Power enterprises in our country more rapid development, but the party’s thinking is detached from the enterprise development. Therefore, how to strengthen party building, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of party building and ideological and political work, and deepen the understanding of the workers on the party’s line, principles, policies and business management concepts have become the focus of the next task. This article takes promoting the construction of party building as the starting point, and puts forward the role of party building ideological work in liberating employees, arousing the enthusiasm of employees, pooling staff strength and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
