目的:探讨一次性根管治疗慢性牙髓炎的效果及应用价值。方法:选择我院治疗的慢性牙髓炎患者106例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用分次性根管治疗,观察组采用一次性根管治疗,观察两组治疗情况。结果:两组患者治疗后疼痛消失时间、治疗后用药时间和治疗成功率比较,经统计学分析比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用一次性根管治疗慢性牙髓炎疗效和采用分次根管治疗效果相当,但是操作更为便捷,能够降低患者治疗时间与次数,值得在临床大力推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of one-time root canal therapy on chronic pulpitis and its application value. Methods: One hundred and sixty patients with chronic pulpitis who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated by fractional root canal therapy and the observation group was treated by one-time root canal therapy. The treatment of the two groups was observed. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of pain disappearance, the treatment time after treatment and the success rate of treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) by statistical analysis. Conclusions: The treatment of chronic pulpitis by one-time root canal therapy has the same effect with sub-root canal treatment, but the operation is more convenient and can reduce the treatment time and frequency of patients. It is worth to be promoted clinically.
