本文主要阐述在提高和改进12V240ZJ型柴油机进、排气道流动性能及增大同名气门间隔桥冷却水腔截面积过程中的研究成果。改变气道结构后,12V240ZJ型柴油机进、排气道的流动性能已获得了明显改善。同时,实现了增大同名气门间隔桥冷却水腔流通截面积的目的,这对改善该处冷却条件是很有利的。进而改变了一般经验设计气道时,仅考虑气体流动性的传统设计方法。
This article mainly elaborates the research results in the process of improving and improving the flow performance of inlet and outlet of 12V240ZJ diesel engine and increasing the cross-sectional area of the cooling water chamber with the same name. After changing the airway structure, the flow performance of the 12V240ZJ diesel engine into and out of the exhaust duct has been significantly improved. At the same time, the purpose of increasing the cross-sectional area of the cooling water cavity of the valve with the same name is realized, which is very favorable for improving the cooling conditions there. This in turn changes the conventional design of gas flow considering the general experience of designing the airway.
