学生是否有进步或发展是衡量教学有效性的唯一指标。有效教学的核心问题就是教学的效益,教师要通过课堂教学使学生在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观等方面获得协调发展。提高其有效性对于学生掌握生物基础知识和基本技能,形成较完整的生物知识体系非常重要。在课堂上已经不是主角的教师,要想在课堂发挥主导作用,就必须在课外花更多功夫,对所授每节课内容做好充分准备。
Whether students progress or develop is the only measure of the effectiveness of teaching. Effective teaching is the core of the problem of teaching effectiveness, teachers should enable students through classroom teaching in knowledge and skills, process and method, emotional attitude and values and so on to get coordinated development. To improve its effectiveness for students to master the basic knowledge of biology and basic skills, to form a more complete biological knowledge system is very important. Teachers who are no longer protagonists in the classroom and want to play a leading role in the classroom have to spend extra time outside of class to prepare for the full content of each class they teach.
