利用在机械力作用下高分子链断裂所产生的大分子游离基,制备具有特殊性能的嵌段或接枝共聚物,是高分子力化学研究的一个重要内容.本文设计制作了一台KCF-A型可控硅超声波发生器及磁致伸缩振动系统,用以研究聚合物在溶液中的降解和共聚.先后成功地合成了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺-丙烯腈、聚丙烯酰胺-聚氧化乙烯、聚醋酸乙烯酯-聚氧化乙烯等多种具有新性能的嵌段或接枝共聚物.其中有的共聚物由于聚合机理的廻然不同,难以用一般的化学方法直接合成.
The use of macromolecular free radicals generated by the breaking of macromolecular chains under mechanical force to prepare block or graft copolymers with special properties is an important part of the research on high molecular force chemistry.In this paper, a KCF- A-type silicon controlled ultrasonic generator and the magnetostrictive vibration system for the study of polymer degradation and copolymerization in solution has successfully synthesized partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide - acrylonitrile, polyacrylamide - polyethylene oxide, Polyvinyl acetate - polyethylene oxide and other new block or graft copolymers with new properties, some of them due to the different polymerization mechanism, it is difficult to use the general chemical synthesis method.
