目的:探讨大鼠阴茎组织中一氧化氮合成酶(Nitric Oxide Synthase. NOS)分布及增龄对其的影响。方法:采用NADPHd组化对不同月龄大鼠(2.8.16,24月)阴茎组织进行染色。结果:NOS主要分布于阴茎组织中平滑肌细胞.内皮细胞、神经纤维含量较少;随龄增加,阴茎组织中NOS逐渐减少.各月龄组间差别显著。结论:大鼠阴茎组织中NOS主要分布于平滑肌细胞,增龄使NOS明显减少.表明NOS减少可能与勃起障碍的年龄依赖性相关。
Objective: To investigate the distribution and aging of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in penile tissue of rats. Methods: NADPHd was used to stain the penile tissues of rats of different ages (2.8.16, 24 months). Results: NOS mainly distributed in the penile smooth muscle cells. Endothelial cells, nerve fiber content less; with age, penile tissue NOS gradually decreased. The difference between each age group was significant. Conclusion: The NOS in rat penile tissue mainly distributes in smooth muscle cells, and the aging reduces the NOS significantly. Suggesting that the reduction in NOS may be related to the age-dependent erectile dysfunction.
