第六条贴息扶持对象:重点为具有本市户口并在本市从事农业生产,作业面积在1万亩(或经营规模百万元)以上的农机合作组织和农民专业合作社,对于正在成长上升、带动周边农民致富能力强、技术水平高的中等规模的农机服务组织和农民专业合作社予以适当扶持。第七条贴息购买农业机械范围:产业发展急需但国内没有生产或性能达不到要求,因而需要进口购买的大型、先进、适用的农业机械。第八条贴息额度:贴息比率为人民银行当年公布的同档次正常贷款基准利率。
