Studies have shown that the ratio of people receiving external information: visual 60%, auditory 20%, 15% sense of touch, taste 3%, smell 2%. As a result, it is natural that television (including hardware and software) for the purpose of transmitting visual information is valued and rapidly developed in the modern era. Others in Japan regard television as the “core” of the information society in the future.
