1992年以来,我国利用外商直接投资事业迅猛发展,各地招商引资热潮不断升温。目前,外商投资企业已经遍布我国国民经济各个行业,并成为推动经济高速增长的一支重要力量。然而,在外商投资企业积极作用的背后,消极作用也开始逐渐显露,并对国民经济长远、健康、安全发展构成威胁,利用外资的同时确保我国产业安全已不容忽视。产业发展应与产业安全同步进行
Since 1992, the cause of China’s use of foreign direct investment has been rapidly developing, and the upsurge of attracting foreign investment in various places has been on the rise. At present, foreign-invested enterprises have spread all over the various sectors of our national economy and have become an important force in promoting the rapid economic growth. However, behind the positive role of FIEs, the negative effects have gradually begun to emerge, posing a threat to the long-term, healthy and safe development of the national economy.
