职务犯罪对社会风气、经济发展和社会稳定具有极强的破坏性和侵蚀性,造成公共财产的大量流失,影响社会公平正义,损害党的权威和政府的公信力,影响国家的长治久安。因此,既要加大打击查处力度,更要做好预防工作。本文归纳了当前职务犯罪的主要特征,结合职务犯罪高发的原因,提出了预防职务犯罪的对策措施。
Duty crime is extremely destructive and corrosive to the social ethos, economic development and social stability, resulting in the massive loss of public property, affecting social fairness and justice, undermining the party’s authority and the government’s credibility, and affecting the long-term peace and stability of the country. Therefore, it is necessary to intensify efforts to crack down on investigations and make prevention work even more necessary. This article summarizes the main features of the current job-related crimes and puts forward countermeasures to prevent job-related crimes in combination with the high incidence of job-related crimes.
