1月14日,新华社全文发布了《2006-2010年全国干部教育培训规划》,标志着更大一轮的干部教育培训规划正式启动。在2001～2005年每年安排400名省部级在职领导干部参加学习的基础上,《规划》要求,2006～2010年每年还要有组织有计划地培训省部级干部500人左右、厅局级干部8800人左右、县处级干部10万人左右。
