当前我国社会工作人才建设和发展同时面临着机遇与挑战。政府结合当前我国社会现状实施了强制干预措施,加速了社会工作的本土化,也给社会工作人才的发展带来机遇,而产生和增强社会工作人才建设和发展的内在驱动力则是目前我们面临的主要棘手问题。如何在机遇和挑战中求得发展,是我们目前需要迫切解决的难关。为了解目前我国社会工作人才建设情况,作者设计了一份关于南京市社会工作人才队伍建设状况的调查问卷。对问卷的分析将有助于我们更好地了解社会工作目前的就业状况及人才建设情况,对如何建设社会工作队伍提出意见,更好地促进专业的成长。

In order to understand the current situation of social workers in our country, the author has designed a questionnaire about the status of social workers in Nanjing. The analysis of the questionnaire will help us to better understand the current employment situation and talent building in social work, give advice on how to build social work teams, and better promote professional growth.
